How do I book an activity?


To enable you to make your booking you will be guided through www.explorecyprus.com. Our site is designed with simplicity in mind to save you time in searching and booking while at the same time offering the widest product range. The steps are as follows:

Step 1: Search for the type of activity you are interested based on your location and dates. If you are not sure, select any.

Step 2: Review the search results or use more filters for a more precise search. Then select the activity that interests you and see more information.

Step 3: Once you have selected the activity of your choice, select the available date, pick up area, number of people and tour language of your choice if option is available and press "Book Now".

Step 4: You will be directed to a new page where you will be requested to fill out a form with your details. Press "Proceed to check out", to continue with your booking.

Step 5: 
You will be required to give your credit card details.

Step 6: Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with the payment status of your reservation and an email with a reservation voucher per activity booked with all the necessary details, to present to the service provider.

How do I book more than one activity?

The procedure of booking more than one activity is simple. 

Step 1: Search for the type of activity you are interested based on your location and dates. If you are not sure, select any.

Step 2: Review the search results or use more filters for a more precise search. Then select the activity that interests you and see more information.

Step 3: Once you have selected the activity of your choice, select the available date, pick up area, number of people and tour language of your choice if option is available and press "Book Now".

Step 4: You will be directed to a new page where you will be requested to fill out a form with your details. Press "Proceed to check out", to continue with your booking. On that stage, if you would like to add another activity, select "Add more excursions".

Step 5: Once you have finished shopping, press "Proceed to check out", to continue with your booking.

Step 6: You will be required to give your credit card details.

Step 7: Once your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with the payment status of your reservation and an email with a reservation voucher per activity booked with all the necessary details, to present to the service provider.

 
Do I receive a reservation voucher for my booking?

Yes, by email. You will receive an email with a payment confirmation and an email with a reservation voucher for every activity booked with all the details for that activity. This reservation voucher needs to be presented at the service provider. It doesn't need to be printed in colour, a black and white copy is sufficient. Also you may use your smartphone or tablet to display your reservation voucher to the service provider.
If the confirmation email does not arrive or I lose my booking voucher, how can I print a copy of the voucher?

Go to the “MYBOOKING” section on the site. Enter you Email address and Reference number that is on the Reservation Settlement Confirmation. Select "Resend Voucher" of the concerned activity.

About Prices.

All prices are in Euro. The rates are subject to changes due to any increase of VAT or of any other taxes. Any such increase/decrease will automatically affect the published rates. The valid rates for any service booked are as published on the www.explorecyprus.com website at the time of booking.
What credit / debit cards are accepted?

Explorecyprus.com accepts payment from the following payment methods: Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro.

Thanks to our Customer Service helpline and emergency phone number at destination, www.explorecyprus.com offers a service that is 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Reservations can be made and cancelled online or amended by contacting the Customer Care Centre. The contact methods are given on the website and in your booking confirmation voucher.
How safe are my credit card details?

At www.explorecyprus.com we are committed to protect the privacy of our users with a secure online payment system provided by JCC (Link to JCC). We do not store your credit or debit card details on our website. For further information, please refer to our Privacy Policy in our Terms & Conditions
How can I amend my booking?

Simply email us at info@explorecyprus.com indicating your reference number and the changes you would like to make. Amendments can also be made by telephone with our Customer Care Centre. We will advise you if the amendment is possible and if there is a price change. Contact us
Why is the price different to when I last checked?

We are continually renegotiating rates with our suppliers to bring you the cheapest prices possible. Once a booking has been confirmed the price will not change.
How can I cancel my booking?

Cancellations can be effected through the web site in the "MYBOOKING" section or with the Customer Care Centre. Please note any cancellation must be made through us and not directly with any of our suppliers and will be subject to our Terms & Conditions.
What do you do with my personal information?

We take the issues of privacy and security very seriously. At www.explorecyprus.com we ask only for information that is strictly necessary to make your booking. We protect any personal details submitted to us. For your further peace of mind, please refer to our Privacy Policy in our Terms & Conditions.
What happens if I need a refund?

www.explorecyprus.com will credit your refund directly to the credit/debit card that was used to pay for the booking. We do not store your credit/debit card details on our website, but the bank will be able to identify your account from the booking reference number.
How can I find out about the best deals?

We list Special Offers and Exclusive Promotions on our homepage and send out regular newsletters packed with great deals.
Why do I have to pay you in full upfront for excursions?

Under our special arrangements with the suppliers, we need to collect your money before your arrival in order to secure your booking.
At what stage will the money be debited from my credit card?

When you have reviewed and confirmed your booking, the money will automatically be debited from your credit card account.
What happens at the day of the activity?

Please be at the pick up place 15 minutes prior the pick up time.

Make sure that you have printed your reservation voucher or you are able to display it on your smartphone or tablet.
